Shipping Policy:

At LOOSH, we want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping.

Shipping methods:

We provide standard US shipping for all orders. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of order. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee the shipping carrier's time to deliver.

Shipping locations:

We ship directly from our warehouse in Seattle, Washington. We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping costs:

The shipping cost is whatever the tracking carrier costs. We LOOSH do not profit off of any shipping costs. 

Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order.

Delivery times:

We expect deliveries to take no more than 7 days from the time of order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Shipping exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we are unable to ship for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made will be refunded.
