At LOOSH, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or the order was never delivered. If you have any questions about a product before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage, such as photographs. We will review your claim and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate. If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

Undelivered Orders

If your order was never delivered, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund or reshipment.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we determine that the product was not damaged or the order was delivered as expected. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
